Follow the steps below to create a new investment in Winc, Inc

Step 1

Head to and enter your email address in the form, then press "Start Investing"

Step 2

Create an account by entering your email and desired password or login using the below "Log In" button to get started:

Enter your personal information and choose your investment size. Enter the number of shares you wish to purchase and the dollar amount will be automatically calculated.

Note: The minimum investment is 572 shares ($1001.00) and each share is $1.75.

Step 4

On the following screen, select the investment type.

For this tutorial, we will be making an Individual Investment. You can also invest as a company, a trust, a joint investment, or by using your IRA Account.

Step 5

Carefully read and select the appropriate statements. Most people will select "I am a US citizen, US Resident, or other US Person" and "I am exempt from backup withholding."

Step 6

Select your desired payment method. In this example, we will be using a Visa or Mastercard credit card.

You can also invest using ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, or by Mailing a Check.

Step 7

After confirming your investment amount and payment method, click confirm. You will then be presented with the Subscription Agreement and Customer Agreement.

Carefully read these important legal documents, then type your full name to e-Sign.

Once you sign, your investment commitment will be officially created.

Step 8

When you login to your account you will be greeted with your Investor Dashboard. This screen will display your investment(s) details.

To make an additional investment, scroll to the bottom of this screen.
